Mission/Purpose: LeadAmerica’s mission is to transform our world’s next generation of young leaders by inspiring, educating and instilling in them ethical and principled leadership values, attitudes and skills.

Programs/Activities:

        Congressional Student Leadership Conference programs are college-accredited career-focused leadership conferences for high school students. Each focuses on a particular field of study and gives students the opportunity to meet practitioners in the field and explore career possibilities.         National Junior Leadership Conference programs are experiential leadership conferences designed to give middle school students the opportunity to learn about a field of study and explore career possibilities. Each focuses on a particular field of study and gives students the opportunity to meet practitioners in the field and explore career possibilities. Participants: Middle school and high school students.

Fees: Tuition covers a full schedule of classes, housing accommodations, on-campus meals, course materials, field trips and social events. Limited scholarships are available to students with demonstrated need. LeadAmerica also provides a fundraising guide that offers information on ways in which students can raise funds toward tuition.
