EMAIL / PHONE MEMBERSHIP LIST POLICY
It is the policy of the LWVMA to restrict all usage of the membership list to League business and information only. The email addresses, street addresses and phone numbers of all League members shall be used only to disseminate information regarding National, State or Local League events, policies and other League information. All member names, addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses shall not be shared with any other group, organization or individual.
Adopted by the League of Women Voters of Massachusetts Board of Directors 2009-11 on January 27, 2010.
