About the League
The Massachusetts League of
Women Voters is the premiere
non-partisan, grassroots
organization in the State of
Massachusetts committed to influencing public policy through
education and advocacy. Who joins the League of Women Voters?
For more than eighty years the League has been a leader in working to ensure that citizens have a free role in making democracy work. We are women and men making a difference in the political future of
our communities, state and country.
Massachusetts League activities are coordinated by two distinct but complementary organizations:
The League of Women Voters of Massachusetts is the political advocacy and membership organization.
The League of Women Voters of Massachusetts Citizen Education Fund
is the citizen education and voters service organization.
